From inquiry to installation.

1. Inquiry & Consultation

Typical duration: 24–48 hours

Send your site dimensions, target age group, budget range and theme preference to shupei-sale@honplay.com or via WhatsApp. An English-speaking project manager reviews your requirements and confirms feasibility.

2. Free Concept Sketch

Typical duration: 24 hours

HonPlay provides a free concept sketch showing the proposed layout, equipment selection and key dimensions. No obligation and no charge — this is a visual discussion document.

3. 3D Design & Quotation

Typical duration: 3–5 business days

Our design team produces a detailed 3D render with material specifications, colour options and an itemised FOB quotation (Ningbo or Shanghai). Revisions are included.

4. Production

Typical duration: 30–45 days

After 30% deposit, production begins at HonPlay's 10,000 m² facility in Qiaoxia, Zhejiang. Factory progress photos are provided at key milestones. Components are manufactured, welded, powder-coated, assembled for pre-shipment inspection and then packed for export.

5. Quality Inspection

Typical duration: 2–3 days

A video inspection is conducted before shipment. Buyers can review the assembled equipment via video call. EN1176 / ASTM compliance documentation, material test reports and packing lists are provided.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Typical duration: Varies by destination

Equipment ships FOB Ningbo or Shanghai. Ocean freight to the US or Europe typically takes 25–35 days. CIF, DAP and DDP options are available on request. Installation manuals and foundation drawings are included.

Process FAQ

How many design revisions are included?
The free concept sketch and 3D render include reasonable revisions based on your feedback. Additional major redesigns may be quoted separately if they involve significant structural changes. HonPlay's goal is to reach an approved design efficiently.
What design file formats do you provide?
3D renders are provided as high-resolution images (PNG/JPG). 2D layout drawings and foundation plans are provided as PDF. 3D model files (STEP, IGES, or Rhino .3dm) can be provided on request for an additional fee if needed for integration with landscape architecture software.
Is the 3D design really free?
Yes. The concept sketch and 3D design are provided at no charge and without obligation. You only proceed to production after approving both the design and the quotation.
Can I change the design after production has started?
Changes after production begins may incur additional costs and extend the lead time. Minor adjustments (colour changes, accessory swaps) can often be accommodated. Structural changes typically require a new quotation.
Do you provide on-site installation supervision?
Comprehensive installation manuals, engineering drawings and foundation specifications are included with every order. On-site installation supervision can be arranged for large projects. Local contractors can be guided remotely via video call.
