What makes HonPlay different from other playground manufacturers?
HonPlay is a factory-direct manufacturer in Qiaoxia, Zhejiang — China's playground equipment manufacturing hub. Is HonPlay a factory or a trading company?
HonPlay is a factory-direct manufacturer with in-house production. Unlike trading companies that resell from multiple factories, we control quality at the source and offer factory-direct pricing without middlemen markups.
How long has HonPlay been manufacturing playground equipment?
HonPlay was founded in 1997 and has grown to serve clients worldwide with a 10,000 m² production facility and 150+ skilled employees.

Safety & Certifications

Do your playgrounds meet international safety standards?
Yes. All equipment meets or exceeds EN1176 (European), ASTM F1487 (American) and CE standards. HonPlay provides complete safety certification documentation with every order.
What certifications should I require from a playground supplier?
For European projects: EN1176 and EN1177. For North American projects: ASTM F1487. For indoor equipment: EN71 and flame-retardancy certifications. HonPlay holds all of the above.
Can you provide third-party test reports?
Yes. HonPlay products undergo testing by independent laboratories including TÜV Rheinland and SGS. Test reports are available on request and included in public tender documentation packages.

Pricing & Payment

How much does commercial playground equipment cost?
Single items typically range from USD 500 to 5,000 depending on size, material and complexity. Complete playground sets for a public park or resort start from approximately USD 20,000. Custom themed projects are quoted individually. Contact HonPlay for a free design and quotation.
What payment terms do you offer?
The standard structure is 30% deposit to start production, with the balance due before shipment. Flexible terms can be discussed for larger or ongoing projects.
Do you offer free design or quotation services?
Yes. HonPlay provides a free 3D concept sketch within 3–5 business days at no charge and without obligation. You only proceed to production after approving the design and quotation.

Production & Delivery

What is your typical project timeline?
Standard timeline: concept sketch (24–48 hours), 3D design rendering (3–5 days), production (30–45 days), quality inspection and packaging (2–3 days), and shipping (varies by destination). Rush orders can be accommodated.
How long does shipping take from China?
Ocean freight to the US or Europe typically adds 25–35 days. Air freight is available for urgent orders at additional cost. Total timeline from inquiry to delivery is usually 60–90 days.
Do you help with customs clearance and freight?
HonPlay ships FOB Ningbo or Shanghai. We can recommend trusted freight forwarders. CIF, DAP and DDP options are available on request.

Customisation & OEM

Do you offer custom playground designs?
Yes. HonPlay provides free 3D custom design sketches before any order is placed. Clients can request RAL colour matching, branded themes, logo integration and site-specific layouts.
Can I get playground equipment with my company's branding?
Yes. HonPlay offers OEM private-label manufacturing. Custom branding can be applied to product labels, packaging, instruction manuals and — where technically feasible — moulded into plastic components.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no strict minimum order quantity. Single-product orders are accepted. For best per-unit pricing a container-load order is recommended.
